Three of my classes were no worry: Writing 1 (heh); Anthropology (easy); and General Psychology (interesting, but a no-brainer).

The only one that had me worried was Philosophy. I had an A on my midterm and an A on my term paper, but the final was one of those "comprehensive" ones that covers everything from the beginning of the term. So many philosophers and philosophies to keep straight, and this professor can see through bullshit from a mile away. Philosophy *is* my second major, so I take it seriously, but still...

Anyways, I've been spending a lot of time writing poetry. I know that most of you are more into prose (and sci-fi/fantasy, at that), but I've always found poetry (and its writing) to be cathartic. Purges the poisons from the psyche like nothing else I know (other than whiskey). In any case, it may actually make me a few bucks on the side. I may have an "assistantship" lined up at the Poetry Center at my university, and I'm currently working with a local press/publisher on a deal to put out a collection of my work.

In any case, now that the study-grind is over, I expect to contribute a bit more here.
