Well, I appear to have great difficulty writing on the couch. I had a bit of a nap this afternoon... and unfortunately, my desk has too little space for me to comfortably write on it. (Not so much messy as all taken up by my computer.)
Now, my trip to the library last week resulted in a fair bit of writing. I think I need a desk; comfy couches are too dangerous :-)

So my options are: go to the library a lot more (a 20-minute walk away, which isn't far, considering) or clean off my husband's desk and use that. Or rather, get him to help me clean off his desk, since I don't know what to do with some of the stuff on it.

The library is looking more and more tempting...

    I don't drink coffee. Or most any caffienated drink, for that matter.

    And I'd imagine coffee shops don't like it much when people don't buy anything there... (I'm a water drinker)
